Creator C110 is a cost-effective and high performance code reader for BMW vehicles which has released to the latest version V3.6. Then how to use C110 scan tool to erase fault code?
Step 1 Insert BMW car key into the ignition socket. But do not start the vehicle or switch on the electrical system. Leave the key for later use.
Step 2 Connect the Creator C110 main interface to the BMW obd2 diagnostic socket beneath the dashboard and steering the column.
Step 3 After well connected it with vehicle, turn on the C110 ignition switch.
Step 4 Turn BMW key in the switch. Operate following by the C110 screen instruction and then come to the diagnostic program. C110 start to detect vehicle ECUs.
Step 5 The fault code will displayed on the C110 screen. Select clear error code button. If a note reading “Fault codes is erased” means the error code has been successfully cleared.
Step 6 If the error code did not be cleared, then take a note of the error code on paper.
Step 7 Make inquiries for the fault code by asking experts, search engine or mechanic etc. After figure out what the fault code related to and find out solution for the problem.
